Prestige Sea Moss Gel Policies

Prestige Sea Moss is an e-commerce business. We offer Local Delivery within the Atlanta Area and various shipping options throughout North America. We do not have a retail location or offer pick-up at this time.

Orders are shipped every Wednesday. There is no deadline for orders. Orders received will be processed and shipped in the order they are received. Ensuring that customers receive fresh product with every shipment.

Free shipping is available on select orders over $100 or more. The shipping rate must not exceed $30. Enter code "Prestige" at checkout if applicable.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If you are within our delivery range, you will see the option for local delivery at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email to let you know, and a local courier company will deliver your order to the address provided the next day. Deliveries are made between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are unavailable and no other delivery instructions are provided, your order will be left at the front door for contactless delivery.

SHIPPING: For our customers within the United States, there are various shipping options available. Shipping rates and times may vary and are available for customers to see at checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the product, our Sea Moss Gel is only available for shipping within the United States where same or next-day shipping services are available from Alanta, GA. Thermal packaging and dry ice packs are used to maintain the condition of the product. For customers outside of US, shipping options are available for our Dried Sea Moss, which comes with easy-to-follow instructions for preparing your own Sea Moss Gel at home.

TAXES, DUTY, AND IMPORT FEES: For orders within US, applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. For orders shipped outside of US, customers are responsible for any import, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees which may be due once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any fees will not be refunded.
